Prescott Currier presented two papers at the 1976 Seminar. They were prepared in the present form by Jacques Guy and Jim Reeds in early 1992.

René Zandbergen converted them from PostScript to PDF in early August 2004. Otherwise, this page is largely according to the one prepared by Guy and Reeds, which is still >> available here.
